Furthermore, Mantria has specialized in high equity acquisitions and distressed real estate since its inception having worked throughout the Southeast U.S. and Mid-West on very large distressed real estate buyout transactions, totaling over $100 million. Finally, Mantria is uniquely positioned in this market given our strategic relationships with the nation’s largest financial institutions, including, but not limited to: CitiGroup, Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch, Credit Suisse First Boston, and Bank of America. It is our relationship with these institutions and the senior executives who run the numerous funds and divisions within them, which gives us the ability to acquire distressed real estate in bulk at record low levels.
