Troy Wragg

Mr. Troy Wragg, 26, is the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Mantria Corporation which he founded in May 2005. While still in college, Mr. Wragg founded or cofounded five different companies ranging from URL and website transactions to private equity services. Before joining Mantria, Mr. Wragg was Vice President of Corporate Development for New Wave Design from 2001 to 2005. From 2004 to 2005, Mr. Wragg was Chairman and President of Brivia Capital Management, LP. In 2005, Mr. Wragg graduated magna cum laude from the Fox School of Business at Temple University, with a BBA in both Finance and Risk Management and Insurance. Mr. Wragg is a member of the Urban Land Institute, the Realtors Land Institute, the US Chamber of Commerce and the Tennessee Chamber of Commerce.

Amanda Knorr

Ms. Amanda Knorr, 25, is the President and Chief Operating Officer of Mantria Corporation since May 2005. Before joining Mantria, Ms. Knorr was Director of Human Resources for New Wave Design from 2003 to 2005. From 2003 to 2005, Ms. Knorr was Executive Vice President for Brivia Capital Management, LP. Ms. Knorr received a BA in Biological Anthropology from Temple University in 2006. Ms. Knorr is a member of the Urban Land Institute, the Realtors Land Institute, the US Chamber of Commerce and the Tennessee Chamber of Commerce.

Wayde McKelvy

Mr. Wayde McKelvy, 45, is an 18 year financial services veternan, who is the Founder of Retirement TRACS Seminars™ and the Family Insured Banking System™. Wayde has previously held a Series 24, 7, 6, and 63 licenses. He is currently obtaining his Series 24 for 2008. Wayde prides himself on educating the average everyday client on the power of arbitrage, how to capitalize on it, and how to build tremendous wealth from it. Wayde has assisted his clients collectively build over $100 million in wealth over the last 10 years. Wayde has a BS in Business from the University of Colorado.
